Frequently Asked Questions
We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you’re looking for a new community, support in your home, medical coordination and advocacy, social support, long-term planning, or to talk through your situation, we’re here for you.
What services do you offer?
Getting started is simple. Call or reach out through our contact form and we’ll schedule a free consultation in person or online. After that call we will suggest some next steps we can take if we decide to work together, and we’ll walk you through getting started.
How do I get started?
There are many wonderful Senior Care Managers! Silver & Sage is a group of two, so you’ll be working only with Sarah and Laura, and compassion and caring is at the heart of what we do. When you work with us, you know you are our priority.
What makes you different?
You can reach us anytime via our contact page, phone, or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
How can I contact you?
We do Senior Care Consulting in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region of Washington State including, but not limited to Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, and Burien. While we are locally based in Washington, we do have experience and can work with clients anywhere in the United States.
What cities do you serve?
Absolutely! Our long-distance work includes identifying new housing options, consultation, long-term planning, strategic thinking, and finding on-the-ground support anywhere in the United States.
I need care in a different state. Can you help me?
My loved one needs care in Washington, but I’m in a different state. Can you help?
We are on-the-ground support for seniors without family nearby. We coordinate with family, and communicate to make sure we are all on the same page. We can have eyes-on your loved one so you can rest assured that they are cared for.
Are you there for emergencies?
Yes, for our established clients we can be there for emergency room visits, hospital stays, and other crises. With our calm advocacy and knowledge of systems we can be on-the-ground support.
Our clients self-pay for our services, which are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other insurance companies.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! We can bring in support for our clients usually within 24 hours, and sometimes sooner. Let’s schedule a consultation, and we’ll get to work.
Can you help right now?
We help guide you through difficult decisions, looking at pros and cons to find the best options. We do this with compassion and care.
I’m overwhelmed! How do I know what to do?
How long will we work with you?
Some clients are experiencing a short-term need, so our work is done within weeks or months. Other clients we will work with for years. We start and stop working based on your needs, but if you ever need us again we’re here for you!
